This is an independent, free information project for households facing high home energy and heating costs. It brings together official program pages for fuel assistance, heat pump rebates and weatherization, with detailed listings today for Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine and federal program status for 33 states, and is adding more, so you can see what exists, when it opens, and who it is for.

It is not affiliated with any government agency, utility, installer or fuel dealer. It does not take applications. Every listing links to the official source.

How we handle it:

• We review every correction or removal request within 7 days.
• If something is wrong, we fix it or remove it.
• When we correct a page, we add a note at the bottom with the date of the correction.
• If we decide no change is needed, we reply and explain why.
